Hi Ladis how did your weekend go?

It is a patten now every weekend i go off track, i find it so hard to keep on track when i am socializing. However i have to learn, i gained 1 pound but considering how much i drank at the party and BBQ that is not bad, I feel like i am on a roller coaster, i will diet all week then go out and blow it.

Hi ladies

Eevey-I hear you about the weekends. I manage to stick to my eating plan. However, I never get my water in and I eat way to later at night. I'm hoping wednesday the scale is nice to me. I cant wait to be down to 147 like you ! You are doing awesome.

This weekend was another typical off track weekend - argh - well not as bad as most it was still 'bad' I know it would of been worse... TOM came and all I wanted was chocolate! I am going to post what my weekend looked like, in hopes it will help me to stay on track for the upcoming weekend.

Friday Night - dinner was pulled pork sandwiches and ceaser salad, i also had 3 pieces of sushi and a couple cheeses

Saturday - 30min e. bike / B: we went to a friends house for a BBQ - 3 breakfast sauges, 3 pieces turkey bacon, eggs and cheese, bit of potato salad (hald a cup maybe), bit of curry, coffee and cream / S: two little 100 cal packs one of cookies and one of rice cakes / L: grilled cheese and soup / D: chicken strips and a bun / I also had some chocolate milk and a hand full or two of chocolate chips :( / it was such a lazy day I finished the day off with 70min on my e bike and then I did a few sit ups and arm curls (yay for me! lol)

Sunday - B/L: went out for fathers day and I have two crab cakes, with some green salad and a dab of potato salad and a bun / D: steak, shrimp, rice, asparagus and dessert was ice cream cake and I had a glass of wine / though out the day I munched on mini cookies, hand full or two of chips, a few nuts.... I really feel like I ate more then that but can't remember...

It doesn't look THAT bad when I look at it like that, but the scale was up 3 pounds from yesterday morning....

This morning was good, I got up early and did 40min on my bike, probably get on again tonight and do some sit ups and arm curls... blah

Hi Courtnie

I hope you are post this for suggestions because i have a few if you do not mind.
The whole menu had very little veg in it except for the ceaser salad which is so high in calories it is not worth it, i did not see any fruit? This is not even close to good diet , however i respect your honesty you need help with your diet ,i a am not a dietitian but i do know your plate should be half veg 1/4 lean protean
and 1/4 good carbs thats just basic. You can get all kind of advice on this site professional and do not forget your fruit each day.

ok, so my goals may be a bit strange (and alot of you may not agree). so my goal is for July 4th. i have started the master cleanser. i have done it before and really liked the results. now i guess you might ask, what type of results am i expecting?
well here's the thing, im not doing it strictly for the weight loss (although the first time i tried it, i lost 9lbs in 4 days). im using it more as a jump start to eating right. for me, the master cleanse stopped the cravings. i need to get those bad foods (i.e. fast food, junk food, sweets) out of my system before i can start fresh. plus, (this may gross out some) i'm just not a regular person and it has helped me regulate my system quite a bit.

so these are my expectations/goals in a nutshell:
1) complete two weeks of master cleanse
2) crave good foods
3) regulate my system
4) lose approx. 10-15 lbs.

angeleyes-Welcome, I say if it worked for you before good luck doing it . Who am I to juse what works for you. We are all different.

Eevey - Still you broke the 150 mark! I cant wait to get to that. I weigh in Wednesday to and I am scared because it is my TOM.

Eevey-it's also called "the lemonaid diet" and it's strickly a liquid fast (hence, the reason so many people are so skeptical), but for me its a great jump start. here are some links:

I don't want you to think I eat like that everyday! lol It's only my weekends that are bad, take for example today - breakfast was pineapple, scrambled egg whites and green pepper and snack was a yogurt and coffee - so I am okay during the week, just my weekends look that bad! lol

Goodmorning ladies! My burn has finally faded - no more pain :) Just in time too, the sun is out and I don't know about you gals but when I'm out in the sun with a burn everything is just 10 times worse!

My interview is tomorrow, and I have a practice interview with my store's manager and assistant manager (my interview is at head office with big-wigs), I am totally nervous for the practice interview, but not so much the actual interview. My manager is nervous making - my tongue gets tied and I talk like a moron. It's sad. But tomorrow it'll be all over!

Courtnie - I do have to agree with eevey, but you know how I feel about eating all your veggies and fruit. 5-7 servings of veggies and 1 serving of fruit a day!

Eevey - I am still exercising! At LEAST 30 minutes a day! Today its looking like a day off, only because I have SO much to do and so little time to get it all done in. Congrats for still staying under 150! Even if you gained 1 pound, it's better than getting back up to that 150 you hated so much.

Nikki - I'm still plugging away, rethinking about the whole dieting thing this summer, it's been a little hard lately. I find summer a hard time to diet in some ways - although all the salads and fruit make it a little easier... it's those darn bbq's!

angeleyes - welcome! So funny you talk about the master cleanse, I had been thinking of doing it for a couple of days... mostly for health reasons, I have been having some weird stomach stuff, and a cleanse always seems to help. I am wondering though, do you think even 2-3 days could make a difference?

I better go WI - it's my first week WI for my challenge... it's not going to be a big one.. but I am still going to do it. Have a good one!

Thanks Aimee! I think the cleanse is helpful no matter how long you are doing it for. ok, i take that back...i think you should at least do 3 days (just my opinion though). like i said, last time i did it, i only did it for 4 days.

d'oh! read my fit day! stop yelling! again, its JUST the weekends! look at all my fruit and veggies I have been eating! like 5x more then normal!!!

haha its just my weekends! I do okay, almost great during the week - but I totally screw up on weekends... so bad I havent lost weight in FOREVER! just keep gaining! lol

I am starting to get a hold on things, but grrrrr. I told myself I could be at goal (130) for my birthday - I will probably be luck to see 160 now :( it happens to everyone though I know!
