eevey - Congrats on the loss!!! Thats really good :) Thats some GOOD willpower to even LAST that many days - impressive!

Nikki - Thats a good loss as well!! Your blip will be gone in no time I am sure. Man you and eevey and putting some of us - mainly me - to shame!! Thats good though - I gotta kick my butt here.

Jen - Nice to see you around girl!! Have a good time on vacation, eat smaller amounts, thats always what saves me :) Good luck with this run - maybe that'll keep you accountable during your vacation too?

Rosario - nice to see you too!! Man - I miss all of us! I guess it's getting into that busy season of summer bbq's and random other plans! Have you watch Maui Fever at all?? OMG - addicting!!! I love it.

So June is supposed to be my DIET month! Gear myself up for a July of hitting the beach non-stop.. but today didn't turn out like I had though. So tonight before bed I'm going to work my abs and do a few pushups! There is this workout video at my work thats supposed to help get people into shape fast.. heh Always looking for a quick fix. Well I'll talk to you gals later!!

Morning Ladies-

My carb weekend was a little crazy. I had a good time but I may have overdone it. So today I go back to drinking lots of water and still eating carbs. Friday I go back on Induction. I actualy can't wait. I don't like eating carbs now but I feel like I need to stick this out until Friday. Then I can go back on induction and meet my July 4 goal :)

Hey Gals!! So today has been a good day so far - my breakfast was SO good, I just had lunch and it was prefectly on plan. I also went and did some shopping and got TONS of veggies! So I think I might be ready for the week - especially since I got on the scale and it said 245 this morning! I am going with that for my starting weight.

On that note - how are you all doing on your spring goal? We've got until June 21st, which is just 15 days to go. Mine is looking a little un-doable, but I am going to try my best!! 14 pounds to go - although I have managed to lose 1 pound a day before. We'll see, but all I can do is try!

Nikki - I hope you make your goal - you are doing really well. What will power you've got!

Hi Ladies

Glad to hear that you are on track, Aimee

I am so confused, i went on the scale this morning and it said i am 152, i have gained 1 pound. How long does weight take to show up on you?
I am sticking to my EX, but it looks like the only way i lose weight is on the detox diet thats to hard to stay on. When i think of it a whole month and all i have lost is 7 pounds not much. Will i ever get passed the 50's.

My goal is for July 1, not going to happen, i would be happy to pass 149 at this point.

Good luck ladies, sorry i am so down it just seems to be taking so long.

Goodmorning! I woke up late today, but man it feels good! heh. I haven't been getting enough sleep lately.Maybe it'lll help keep me motivated!! I hope so, I did really well all day yesterday :) I just set my goal for the spring - and since June 21st is the beginning of summer, thats my end.

eevey - Thanks!!! I think I look super thin in the face in this picture - I really do have a baby face.. hopefully one day it'll go away! I lose weight SO slowly - I'd be VERY happy with 7 pounds in a month, so CONGRATS!! The slower you lose it, the more it'll stay off! Just keep plugging away at it, you'll totally get there. How's your diet? Apparently 80% of weight loss is diet.

Well thats it from me, I am off to make a late breakfast, heh. ttyl!

I decided to take my measurements - sort of as a starting for this thing I'm doing. Anyways, I was pretty shocked to find out that I've actually lost inches in my arms, I never seem to lose there! It's nice to get some good news while I'm holding onto some water weight from TOM.

Nikki - my persistance? You have some crazy motivation when it comes to getting back to Atkins.. I find it hard to stay away from fruit in the summer.

Well I have a Sunday off - first in a few weeks, it's kinda nice. Except for the darn rain, I am so tired of it, it's been a while since I remember seeing the sun, heh. I'm ready for summer! Yesterday when I went out I wore jeans, runners, a 3/4 sleeved shirt, zip up hoody and a down vest! I guess it's the dampness - I was freezing!

HI LADIES

Hope everyone is in good health!
It was an ok weekend for me, went out dancing on Friday, stayed home Sat, and BBQ party on Sunday. I watched what i ate so so, still lost weight.

Aimee that is lousy weather, in Toronto it has been nice and sunny.

Nikki, how are liking Atkins, what do you miss?

Hi Ladies-

I am still plugging away on Atkins. I bbqed a bunch of meat this weekend. That is what I will eat this week. I am hoping to see a loss from last week. Last week I was up to 155 after my carb eating. I did not record it but I am hoping to be down to 151 aain by Wednesday.
On another note I went on a job interview today that I think went well. I should hear end of the week or beginning of next. Keep your fingers crossed.

My weekend wasn't as perfect as I'd like - TOM started, a bad one. The cravings were pretty bad too.. thank goodness its OVER!!! So maybe my sanity can return, hehe..

Eevey - Congrats on that weight loss!! you are into the 140's now! Great job!! Thanks for rubbing in our bad weather - today we have no rain so far, but I have to work. I made a date with my two friends to go to the beach on Thursday - so I am hoping for some great weather.

Nikki - GL with the interview!!

I did Turbo Jam today, and yesterday, trying to get back into exercising consistantly. I have been walking a lot, but I need a little more since I've been exercising less since the bf got transfered. I used to drop him off at work and then head out for a 6km walk. Well thats it from me today, I am off to work!

Aimee, I am so glad to hear that you are trying to EX more every bit helps. You will also have more energy when you get into a routine, but do not let 3 days go by and not Ex it is so hard to get back on track with it. Hope you have a good day at the beach, did not want to push the weather in your face (yes i did) but look at your winter to ours.
