heart month - feb challenge!
Well girls! It's heart :val1: month - love, and we'll go for health too, eh! Now that the christmas weight is off (or close to), it's time for your next goals.. weight related or anything you are aiming for!
I am aiming for 10 pounds this month - I always aim high! -Aimee |
ugh, I just woke up with the weirdest feeling in my body... it's so hard to discribe.. but I gotta get it out otherwise I worry what'll happen. So I felt kinda dizzy and like I had a headache, but when I completely woke up, I realized no headache.. just off. Sat up for a while, still off. Got up, went to go pee, and realized sometime during that pee that I felt like if i open my mouth, I'm going to throw up. Thats how I feel now, and it's not like I feel in control of the fact this might happen.. which is the creepy part for me. I just don't fricking get whats going on with my body lately!! These headaches are just like insane, and it sometimes feels like NOTHING is going to take them away!! And I thought eating healthy was supposed to give me energy? Instead sometimes I'm sleeping 10+ hours a night and not feeling refreshed until I sleep closer to 12! I am really working SO hard at this, I just wish my body would calm down... :(
-Aimee |
Aimee-Hang in there girl. I totally know how you are feeling about not being in control of your body. I hope you're feeling better by the time you read this. Thanks for starting us on a new month.
My goal for this month is neither weight-loss, or exercise related. My goal is to get myself an idea of what happened to my vision last month, treat whatever they say needs to be treated, and get rid of my headache. The past few weeks have proven that I cant maintain a healthy lifestyle without addressing those issues first. On a better note, I met with a chiropractor yesterday for a consult and have an appt. today for my first adjustment. He's not making promises of taking the headache away, but I figure its worth a try. He is also the first person who really seemed concerned about relieving my pain NOW instead of putting it off while more people see me/tests are run. It was refreshing to find someone who truly seemed to care. fatbgone-Are you gonna run a race? I've only done 5K's so far. I'm considering a 10K this summer but I'm not as brave as Aimee and haven't paid my money yet. Courtnie-Is Vietnamese (am I remembering correctly what you ate?) as loaded with sodium as Chinese? You'll be down soon enough. In fact you'll probably experience a big drop one of these weeks! Well, this'll be the coldest walk of the winter, but we're taking the next 2 days off (supposed to be colder still) so I dont want to skip it. Hopefully I wont get frostbite. Seriously, I've got 4 pairs of bottoms on, and 4 layers on top. Plus the cool hat with earflaps, scarf and 3 pairs of gloves. Come to think of it its a really good thing its dark when we walk. Have a great Saturday ladies. |
Brandy - at this moment I am feeling better, no worries of myself throwing up, thank goodness! I am tired as heck though, I must have slept 4 hours total... what a night for the bf to be snoring! Work will go fast today, and luckily I am working with people I really like... otherwise I'd be finding a way to go home sick. I'd glad to hear about the chiropractor, and hopefully he can help that headache. It truely is hard to function with a headache. And your Feb goal sounds like a good one, your goal doesn't have to be exercise and weight loss related, your health should come first.
I don't know if I'm brave with the 10k, but I do know that if I can't run the whole thing I can walk it. We've been walking it for the past 2 years, and there are TONS of walkers. I am off to work.. have a good one ladies! -Aimee |
still was up today, argh... hopeing it down tomorrow... after I just ate pizza and fries, haha - but i made it all at home so it wasnt as bad as if I had of gone to costco or something - im going to get on my bike for at least an hour today and drink lots of water
and the rest of my eating today will be real healthy |
Hey girls! No-I am not running any races. I am certainly not a runner - I dont breath right I guess. My sides always hurt! NSV - my daughter had some friends over and I made them brownies. However, I did not have one! Tomorrow is superbowl sunday and I am chowing on some turkey chili and spicy chicken wings! I'll pass on the rest of the junk.
Brandy - good luck with the chiropractor. I went to college with a guy who was giong to enter chiro school nly for the money - he didn't believe in it. However, by the time he graduated he was a firm believer after seeing it work time and time again. Aimee - girl what's up with you! Get better! Courtney- maybe lots of salt in the pizza? It'll drop off soon I'll bet! I am also aiming for 10lb/month loss. I am also aiming for exercising 120 minutes a week or 480 minutes in February. I did 40 mintues this morning! My and Richard Simmons - haha. I can't keep up with much else. Many programs hurts my knees. I know this is not a huge amount of minutes, but much more than I am doing now! I will set everything up tomorrow - I'm too tired right now. Today I did my measurments and compared to my Dec 29th measurments. Yee-haw!! Down inches everywhere! |
fatbegone - way to go on losing inches!!!!
aimee - wow, that's pretty scary when your body goes out of whack and you don't know what the heck is wrong with you. Hope you feel better. brandy - i hope the chiropractor works out for you. i know if I had had a headache as long as you had, I would of pulled out all my hair. You're very strong, girl. Hang in there! courtnie - I hope you were good the rest of the weekend! I'm going to aim for 10 pounds this month too. And I Am aiming for at least staying within my points daily. I have been on WW but have really not been following it....what a waste of 40 bucks a month. I have to get with it or I'm going to have to quit. Here's to a brand new week everyone!!! |
Goodmorning gals! I am spending the day in bed today, I have come down with some flu/cold stupid thing. I have a fever, chills, hot flashes, sore throat and I'm SO weak, so so gross. Yesterday was the worst, someone called in sick so I couldn't leave work early, and then I had to drive myself home.. that is something I never want to do again. I honestly thought I'd end up crashing because I felt so bad, josh was out at a Super Bowl party so I had no choice, BUT I survived!
Courtnie - you be a good girl this week, make sure you are getting some exercise in.. choose healthy options.. all of that stuff. fatBgone - congrats on your measurements and the GREAT NSV! Little choices add up and are the reasons we lose this weight! Rosario - you can totally do WW, just make sure you are eating tons of fruits and veggies! The Hills premiers tonight over here... I hope Lauren isn't so dumbass about guys this year. Seriously, who would choose Jason over PARIS? Silly silly LC! Well I am tapped out, I will talk to you gals later... -Aimee |
i wasnt that good... argh, karden and i went to the movies and shared some chocolate, but whatever ill do my best this week and if im real lucky ill have a loss!
|
I am feeling SO much better, fever is still here but instead of being insanely cold I'm just really warm and a little weak. I am SO glad to feel a bit better tho :)
-Aimee |
Aimee- glad you are feeling better! Well, i did not do as well as I had planned during the SuperBowl. I had my turkey chili and wings (I made myself so not too bad) but I did chow down on some chocolate, nachos and ship&dip. I didn't pig out, but had some of everything! I did not have to worry about eating enough calories yesterday. I am hoping a jump in calories will be good though. I have heard some people take one day a week and really increase the calories to keep their body from getting in plateau mode. That is how I am justifiying - haha. However, I have not had any junk since Christmas, so my body really retaliated! Yikes- I was almost late for work because I couldn't get out of the bathroom. Rough lesson! LOL
|
Good morning gals. I had a Very good day yesterday. My opthalmologist ran the vision test and I have NOT lost any vision, the cupping on my optic nerve is down (dont really understand that, but its a good thing) and I do NOT have glaucoma. He said I may never really know what exactly happened but a hematologist might be in order to investigate why the one blood protein is off. I'll see if the neurologist will help me figure this all out on Friday. Regardless, the fact that I haven't lost any vision, and am NOT going blind really was a huge relief. AND, my headache is gone. The chiropracter did it, the pain from his adjustment is gone now and I'm just feeling a bit if pressure in my head-NO PAIN.
Aimee-glad you're feeliing better-I hope the fever leaves today. I think your 10 pound goal for the month is very attainable. fatbegone-I never thought I'd be a runner either, but I've done really well. I just started really short runs and increased every week. Great exercise goal for the month. Courtnie-Its so hard to be strict with food when you want to be out with your bf and really try to enjoy yourself. I know its going slow at the moment, but your weightloss will pick up again. Hang in there. Ro-10 pounds for the month! You can do it. I hope you sick to your points today. How did your move go? |
fatBgone - as long as you limit your little cheat to one day, it's totally recoverable! Just get back on track and you'll be fine :)
Brandy - I'm SO glad your headache is gone - they are a complete pain! Literally! Sounds like all good news on your part, I can't imagine how relieved you are right now. I am not sure the 10 pound thing is attainable with this stupid sickness. But I'll still aim for it. My fever has PASSED! It passed in my sleep, I got woken up at 4am with a phone call (the alarm at work went off and my bf is the closest manager), and I felt NORMAL! Not warm, not cold, just normal. I slept the entire night :) When I woke up I felt something in my throat and it hurts to swallow - so my plan is THIS : Take some more nyquil and have a nap this afternoon. When I wake up it should be GONE! I'm trying to be positive because it feels like my tonsils... poop! Seriously, I want to hurt the girl at work who got me sick. -Aimee |
aimee - you know what helped me once with my tonsils, orange juice and salsa. Well, I drank some juice in a glass that had salsa in it (don't ask me why) and I guess there was still some remnants of the salsa and it worked wonders for my throat! If you're brave enough, y don't u give it a try???
Brandy - the move was horrible. we're still not done. I don't blame you for not wanting to move out of your house. and we only have an apartment!! I can only imagine how your move would be moving from a house! fatbegone - hope you are not letting your superbowl slipup get you down!! Today's my wi. I hope I didnt gain anything. I know its wishful thinking but I'm hoping for a loss. I was thinking about quitting WW because I just don't know if I want to continue paying the 40 dollars a month, but I thought about it and I'd probably waste that 40 dollars on food anyways. Might as well put it towards something that is helping me. Or I might cancel it and put it towards a gym membership at Ballys since I have to leave my other gym because its not at a convenient location anymore. Decisions, decisions. But for now, I'm going to stay with WW. Hope you guys are all doing good!!! |
I feel alive!! It's kind of a weird feeling considering how BAD I had been feeling. My throat is feeling better too, it's still a little swollen, but I went in with a wet q-tip and pushed out a couple of the white gross things. TMI? heh. I am going back to work today too, 5-10pm.
Rosario - they say 80% of weight loss is your diet, so with that in mind? I'd keep with WW, it really can work.. it's just important to keep up the fruits and veggies. So I don't think I'm going to try and orange juice and salsa - I am NOT brave enough for that mixture! I've been SO off track the past few days, I really can't wait to feel better and get back to things. I am only hoping that I didn't gain weight - I have been eating maybe 1 "meal" per day, and even then only had like soup.. I always gain when I get sick. -Aimee |
Ro-How was your weigh in? Hope you saw good news. My personal experience is that I have to both exercise and diet in order to lose weight. I'd stick with weight watchers at least a bit longer. You have been losing with it so you know its working. I agree its hard to shell out $40 a month, but this is your health we're talking about. What is more important than that? BTW, that is 1 home remedy I dont think I'd be able to handle. WOW!!
Aimee-I'm happy you're feeling better. Hope you get back into your healthy eating program today. Maybe get some light exercise in today to to push whatever was getting you out for good. I have a busy day. I have a hair appt. today-hooray! but then I have to drive about and hour away to do some accompaniment work at a school. My house is dead center in the middle and they are both in opposite directions, so on their own its not a big drive, but put together yuck! I didn't intend to do them both today, but had to reschedule the hair cuz of a dr. appt. tomorrow. As long as I get to the school on time, it wont bother me. I just despise running late. Hope all of ya have a wonderful day. |
Hello everyone! Happy Thursday! My wi is tomorrow - I think I may be a lb or so down. No- I did not let the Super Bowl slip up get me down - I actually planned on it! I have been on the straight and narrow since Monday am. Aimee- glad you are feeling better. Brandy- I am glad to hear your headache is gone and your eyesight isn't! Yee-haw! Tomorrow my daugher turns 16 - yikes - I'm feeling old!
|
Hey Gals, I'm starting to feel a little better each day. Soon I hope to be back to eating 100% on plan, and get more of this darn weight off. Although speaking of which, I am 1 pound closer to my goal :) Only 3 to go and I'll finally be under 220!
Brandy - Sounds like a busy day of driving, sometimes I find it to be soothing. Depending on the road conditions of course. So what did you get done to your hair? I have been thinking about what to do to mine, it's been growing since the summer.. I have a few ideas, we'll see though. fatBgone - glad to recovered smoothly. Hoping I can say the same when I'm all back to eating solid normal foods. Can't wait to hear about your WI! Goodluck!! -Aimee |
Hi ya gals, another day of dr.s for me. I'm off to the neurologist in a bit. Hopefully she can help tell me what happened and form a plan so it never happens again. All the driving went fine yesterday. I was more concerned about running late to one of them which didn't happen. It was a good day overall yesterday.
Tomorrow will be off for me. I'm accompany a bunch of junior high kids at a solo competition so I'll be gone all day (start at 8:30 and end at 4:45) then I've got a wedding reception to attend. I'm going solo as hubby has tickets to the Pistons game. Its been a LONG time since I attended a wedding w/o him. Might be fun. fatbegone-Great job getting right back on plan. Wow, a 16 y.o.! I'm sure you'll have a fun day today. Good luck at your weigh in. Hope you see a loss. Aimee-glad you're continuing to feel better. Congratulations on the pound loss! You're so close to your goal! Maybe by the end of next week?? |
Hi gals - Hot Diggity Dog! I lost 2 lbs - SWEET!
Brandy- I hope the neurologist has some answers for you. Sounds like tomorrow will be really hectic! Aimee - wow - 3lbs- you can do it! Well girls - I'm off- promised my 16yr old I'd bring her lunch to school for her b-day. |
im still here! haha
i think the scale is up :( |
Well, the weekend is almost over. Did everybody have fun? The reception last night was fun for me. I had to many fuzzy navels and a large piece of cake. It was nice to get dressed up and go somewhere. Its also nice that I didn't suffer from a hangover this morning.
I still have no answers. The neurologist is rerunning blood tests the first week of March. If the Protein C is still off, then I'm calling a hematologist. I learned that my B12 level is deficient (has been since my Sept. yearly blood work but no one ever told me!) So, I'm on some liquid B for awhile and when I get my work done, she'll check to see if I'm absorbing what I'm taking. I'm so tired of drs. fatbegone-great job on your loss!!! Courtnie-hang in there. Hope the scale starts moving in the right direction for ya soon. Aimee-I had my roots touched up. I love being a redhead, but its somewhat time consuming to stay on top of the roots. I thought about cutting mine, but I love the pony tail ease for workouts. Plus when I glanced through a style mag. nothing caught my eye. What are ya thinking of doing? |
Woah - crazy weekend here! My brother was in town with his gf, and they go to sleep late and wake up SO late. Very different lifestyle from my bf and I! This morning we got up, went to Costco, had lunch and came home to find my brother JUST waking up and his gf just out of the shower. It was 12pm!! They are gone now.. so life returns to normal!
Brandy - my bangs are FINALLY long enough to wear down, in the summer I got like 1 inch bangs cut... SO bad on me! So now they are side swept bangs, which I love. I just need a good cut, probably about 2 inches below my ears. I don't know if you follow celebrities, but it's the shorter hair style that Kristen Cavalerri from Laguna Beach. I probably won't dye my hair, mostly because I LOVE the colour of my hair, it's brown, and always seems to look like it has highlights, but I don't put any in. I like your red colour, it's not too bright, and not really fake. I hate too fake of hair. Well ladies thats it from me.. I will ttyl! -Aimee |
ugh...the weekends are waaay too short. I need a vacation!
brandy - the sounds like a lot of junk. yuck!! hope you get better and all this stuff goes away. hang in there. soon enough you'll be seeing a doctor oh, but once a year! aimee - that sounds like a very cute cut. I'm actually going to get my hair cut this week....I am way overdue for a trim. But I don't think I want mine cut cut....just a trim. I've never had long hair and i want to grow it out and see what it looks like. I have not seen the hills in a long time. we moved and have not had satellite for a while now. I'm stuck watching the Soprano seasons over again (not that I mind, I love the sopranos!) courtnie - how'd it go at ur conference?? fatbgone - WTG on your loss!!! I had a horrible week with eating. But it's monday so its time to get back on the wagon. I'm going to try really hard and work towards my goal!!! take care everyone  |
Hi girls,
Happy Monday! Here we go again I guess. I fell off the wagon again this weekend. However, I made a big crock pot of veggie soup to start the week! Sounds familiar Rosario? This next weekend will be rough because I am out of town. This is my family's 12th annual shopping trip. We rent a large condo and shop, shop, shop. We go to the Lake of the Ozarks. There is a huge outlet mall with 110 different stores. There will be 14 of us this year. This is a very special weekend to my sisters and I. Courtnie - what a bummer! Hang in there though. I'll be you'll have a 3 or 4 lb weight loss soon. Brandy - do you like your neurologist? Does he sound like has any idea what's up? Aimee - your brother and gf sounds like my kids! Welcome to my life! Actually they are starting to suck me in- haha. I find myself up until 1-2 o'clock at night every weekend and then sleeping until 9 or 10. |
Some sleezy person broke into my car today, stupid jerks. They stole my CD's, a watch and a quarter. They did NOT take the Oakley sunglasses though. They also got some gum. Its just so unsafe in this world, like someone just feels it's their "right" to invade MY personal items and take what they want. Ugh, so frustrating. I need to move to a smaller town.
-Aimee |
Aimee- I feel for ya girl. I had my truck broken into at my CHURCH last May. The smashed a window and stole my purse which was on the floor of the back seat under some things. It is insane that people do this. I work so hard for what I have and it really pe'ed me off that someone just came and took it. :hot: I live in a VERY small town. Moving wont help. I hope you are doing ok. I was very upset for a very long time following my incident.
fatbegone-Are you getting back on track?? I had a bungle over the weekend also, but I'm back at it as I'm sure you are. Your family thing sounds so fun!! We have a girls weekend for the fam every year. In fact we're trying to get the weekend picked out right now. I hope you have fun. I do like my neurologist I just dont like how slow everything seeems to move when I'm worried the "incident" might reoccur, or come back worse. She should know what more I need to do after the next test results come in. Courtnie- Ro-Glad you're back at it. Weekends are by far the hardest. We just gotta do the best we can. Take care all and good luck toward sticking to your program today. |
The conference was AWESOME just amazing! I got drunk enough thursday night to talk to someone I ADMIRE, he runs www.csszengarden.com as well as another site, anyway we had to go a zengarden for school and ever since then I just admired what he did. I didnt know what to say to him so I had to have a few drinks first, it was all good...
So my goal for this month is to see 161.4 - for now, I think I did gain a pound or so from what my ticker says... but I am waiting till this saturday and then I am changing it no matter the results! haha |
Brandy - my bf went to the mall security and they checked out the tape which was recording RIGHT where my car was. But!! The camera scans out for 18 seconds and then returns to the car, and by then the guy was already IN IT!! My alarm did NOT go off either. Like what the HECK?!?! I talked to an insurance person (who just happens to work at my store pt), and he was saying that our type of car is easily broken into. So don't get a Mazda! I asked him what we can do to make sure this doesn't happen again and he said to leave the glove compartment open, and the ash tray open, that way they can see in the car that there's nothing in it and not worth breaking into. A club wouldn't have helped because they weren't trying to steal the car, just get at the stuff in it. I went for a run about 5 months ago and when I was done there was a girl who had her car broken into, she has left a backpack visible. Since then I have not left a thing in the car, not even a sweater. I do feel pretty voilated, and just like why should I help people in this world if they are just going to do this to me. I hate sleezy people. Grr! Do you realize you are only 6 pounds away from your goal?? I can't wait to get to the maintenance stage! I have been learning lots about "old fat" which is supposed to be really hard to lose.... and plan to start doing all the stuff to get rid of it now!
Rosario - I missed The Hills last night, stupid work. I also have to miss Gilmore Girls tonight, I think those are the only two shows I watch consistantly. I have to start requesting these nights off ;) can you imagine? How's the dieting going this week? I was SO bad last week, but somehow managed to recover and am back to my thursday WI weight. You know how they say it just "clicks" and you get it? I didn't believe it, but it did happen for me. My mindset is SO different, it will happen for you and that weight will melt off. fatBgone - man, I don't know how you do it! When I go to bed late I wake up earlier, which means less sleep. Weird huh? you can totally do it on your trip, think about maintaining! Every good choice adds up! :) -Aimee |
|
fatbegone - wow, your shopping trip sounds like lots of fun. here's some help for you during your shopping weekend. :dust:
aimee - that sucks!!! Something like that does make u feel horrible and that you've been violated. People like that who have no respect for other people's stuff should just be.....well, let's say something bad should be done to them :frypan: brandy - hows it going girl?? courtnie - keiko look so cute in her v-day outfit! today's weigh in day. I haven't been good so I know there might be a gain. But I have to just keep trying and working at it and hopefully, like Aimee says, it'll click with me and I'll be on my way. Have a great V-day gals!!!! Try to stay away from the chocolate :chockiss: :val1::val1::val1::val1::val1::val1::val1: |
Goodmorning! Well whats left of it anyways, I've got 1 hour to go.. Going to be a quiet Valentines day, I work until 7:30pm tonight. I'm hoping the bf will make me a nice dinner, an onplan dinner. Tomorrow is WI day, so I gotta be extra good!
Rosario - One day it WILL click and the weight will fall off! Just keep plugging away, it'll happen.. I have faith :) Goodluck with your weigh in today, if you had a bad week it's likely water weight, so don't stress over it. I've given Josh the task of getting in touch with Mazda and getting the car fixed today.. I'm still SO shocked that this is a problem ALL mazda 3's have. Talk about a glitch! I can't remember if I've told you all, but it turns out that if you punch the car right by the lock that it fools the car into thinking that you've unlocked it with the key and the alarm does NOT go off. I can't believe that the dealerships KNOW this and haven't done a recall. Jerks! Hopefully it'll be fixed in the next couple of days. Well I am off to work.. have a good one! -Aimee |
Morning gals,
Aimee-WOW! I never knew that about the Mazda 3. That's insane. When they do the repair can they change something on yours so it doesn't happen? Isn't that just the icing-YOU get ripped off, and then have to shell out money to fix the car they broke just to get at what they wanted. (As you might have guessed I'm still pretty mad about my break in from last spring) Anyways, I hope you're doing ok. Hope your vday meal turned out well. Ro-hang in there. I hope your weigh in wasnt to dissappointing. I did way to much eating yesterday including indulging with some Coldstone Creamery ice cream (my favorite) and then some peanut butter cups. Oh well, today is a new day and I'm going to do my best and get right back on track. Life will be full of mistakes so learning to recover from them is critical for me. I've got a sledding adventure planned on Saturday. I cant wait. We try to get as much of the family out as possible and then just have a ball. Its gonna be so much FUN! Have a great day everyone. |
Hey! So I've now lost 30 pounds total! Who knew I'd get there, and I'm SO close to getting under 220, just 2 pounds to go :) yay!!
Brandy - So we called Mazda and they know that this is a problem, and are working on fixing it. We are hoping they'll have an answer in the next couple of weeks, sounds like they are hoping for that too. I guess they'll do a recall once they've figured out how to fix it. Now we wait, and don't leave ANYTHING in the car, I'll get the bf to clear out the rest of the cd's and the mints (hey you never know what people are looking for). Sledding sounds like fun! Enjoy! It's a new lifestyle (never thought I'd hear myself say that), and so the ice cream etc, not a huge deal as long as it was just once. And if it's your fav, enjoy it once in a while with no guilt! I will talk to you gals later! -Aimee |
Congrats on the 30 pounds Aimee!! Sorry I missed you on MSN.
Went out for an awesome dinner last night :) Keiko gave us a scare this morning. I have this dish of rocks you put sented oil on, and I heard her in it and went running to see her chewing something, but the time I got to her she had swallowed it and smell of Lemongrass+Basil I thought she ate a rock. After some procastanating and thinking it wasnt a big deal we ended up at the vets (after calling and them telling me to bring her in right away). They x-rayed and there was NO rock! phew - dunno what she ate! But they are keeping her for the day cuz she must of had a taste of some oil, but she is going to be just fine! |
Hi girls - been a crazy week here. My daughter (16) has been having Tom trouble for ~ 6 months, so dr put her on the pill end of Dec to see if they could get her straightened out. Jan was great - but Feb hit hard. Tom has been visiting for 3 weeks now! She has been passing clots/tissue etc. Ended up in the emergency room Sunda night. Gave her some fluids and siad to get her in with my ob/gyn. Couldn't get her in until Tuesday - she was bleeding really heavy and was admitted her to the hosp. She got released yesterday afternoon. They think her hormones are just out of whack. Since she is so young they can not do a D&C, so she will just have the bleed it out. My eating has been really screwed up. I did not have enought to eat on Wed/Thursday. I will try to be good this weekend an then really get seriouse again next week.
I had my window smashed in and my purse stolen 4-5 years ago. Luckily I had jut reurned from a business trip and my wallet wasn't even in there. Want to hear something weird? A year later I get a letter frmo the police department at work. They had recovered my purse 11 months prior, but needed to keep it for evidence. Apparently this guy had tons and tons of purses. Attached to my purse was my work id, so that is where they sent the letter. I loved that purse too! I got it back and I just can't use it - gives me the creeps... Aimee - congrats on the 30lb- yoo-hoo! You are so close! Courtnie - I'm glad Keiko is OK. My dog int eh picture has been terrible about chewing lately - will chew anything! Sh enever chewed as a puppy. I even tried giving her vitamins in case he was lacking something! Brandy - how was sledding? Sounds like fun! Hey- if you are going to endulge, coldstone is the way to go - I LOVE that place. Rosario- thanks for the Will Power Dust! I probalby won't be on for a few days. Everyone have a good weekend! |
Way to go on 30 pounds Aimee!!
Well I got my butt back on track yesterday so I'm feeling pretty good. I also bought a pair of snowshoes to play with! I used them for a very short time last night and they seem cool. I might take them through the park today. fatbegone-I sure hope they get your daughter feeling better. I wouldn't be to worried about your eating at the moment. You need to help your daughter get through all this. Courtnie-Glad Keiko is ok. That sure adds alot of worry to your day. I hope all is back to normal now. |
Thanks everyone, 30 pounds feels pretty crazy. I never thought I'd get here, phew, thank goodness I am though!
fatBgone - hope everything works out with your daughter! Brandy - glad to hear you are back on track, that was a good recovery! I worked an early shift today, I was off at 12:30, I don't know if it's good or bad. I am SO tired right now and just don't really feel like doing ANYTHING! Mmmm sleep.. heh.. have a good one gals! -Aimee |
Wooooohoooooo!!!!!!!! My walking partner is no longer sick so its now 5:30 am, and I'm up having a bit of joe :coffee2: before we're on our way at 6. :yay: I have missed these walks the past 2 weeks. :running: We've got a whopping 9 F for a temp and I'm not sure of the wind chill, but it'll be great to get out.
So today is the sledding trip. I'm so very excited. Hopefully no broken bones thistime. (I broke my tailbone abut 10 yrs ago on the family outing and we've had a few broken toes and fingers through the years.) Gonna be so fun! Aimee-hope you got in lots of sleep and are wide awake today. Sundays are like that for me. After I play 2 services I'm beat by noon with not much energy left for the day. This week I've got a side job in the afternoon and my sis's bday party in the evening so it'll be really tiring. I'm sure I'll have fun though. Happy Saturday. |
