I know I'm late, but I'd still like to join.

My goal is 1000 minutes of exercise in January.

So far, I'm at 243.

Hmm.

I think my goal isn't high enough.

Okay, my goal for January is 1300 minutes of exercise.

Well I think I'm going to enter this challenge. My goal isn't very high....just 500 mins of treadmill time. But if I try to do too much at first I will quit so...babysteps.

I just joined the gym today so I only have 30 mins done but I will definitely keep going.

Good luck everyone!

Hey guys want to hear my funny exercise for yesterday??? It was plunging my tub. Seriously I had to count it because I vigorously plunged for 20 minutes straight not only did I work up a disgusting dripping sweat but when I was done I Felt my muscles in my ABS and ARMs.

Hi I am new here. I am trying to make losing weight and exercising my addiction so I am eating better and more often. When I saw your post I knew I needed to track my exercise and make it a goal, so I am setting my goal for the month.

Monday and Wednesday yoga: 1 hour each day
Tuesday and Thursday pilates: 1 hour each day
Tuesday and Thursday water aerobics: 1 hour each day
Friday and Saturday Dance Dance Revolution: 1/2 hour each day.

Right now I need to get dressed for pilates class. and fill up the water bottle! I need to make a goal and chart for the water! So much to do so little time!

Hey everyone. I'm stopping by to say that I'm going to have to 'drop out' of this month's challenge. Too much stuff is going on right now and there is no telling when I will be able to get to the gym. Hopefully, I will be back in next month's challenge. TTYL!
