  • It is cooler out today, but not yet raining, so I ran outside for 35 minutes (just at 3 miles).

    I was Nordic Walking for 60 Minutes yesterday. Still not a fan of it, but otherwise my mother had to go alone.
    Today is my eercise free day- my sore legs (from Saturday workout) are soooo pleased
