Well, Tuesday was the only good day I've had all week. I feel like poo!

Dinner last night was a choice of Lasagne, Vegetarian Lasagne, and Parmesan Chicken ... I ended us trying a bit of each:o ... but I did have salad to go with it:^: I don't know why, but I have a real problem saying no to food when it's sitting in front of me:mad:
Today I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to be eating ... have already had 2 slices of toast for breakfast, which was rather late, so I probably won't have any lunch, just some fruit, and dinner could be anything as we may be eating out. Hope everyone has a good weekend.:) |

Well, I didn't do so well yesterday. Not because I ate too much, but because I ate too little. I had a migraine and just felt like going to bed. So, I did. No evening snack for me = too little calories.

I’ve decided to try uping my calories from 1200 – 1500, to 1400 – 1700. That will give me more room to come down, as I lose, without getting under 1200. Keep your fingers crossed for me. :)

Wednesday November 1st Breakfast: Low-sugar oatmeal, sugar-free yogurt Morning snacks: Carrots w/ fatfree ranch dip, sugar-free Jello, 1oz 2% sharp cheddar cheese Lunch: Amy's teriyaki tofu bowl Afternoon snack: 100 Grand candy bar Dinner: Wendy's Chicken BLT salad with croutons and low fat honey mustard dressing, and a Kozy Shack no-sugar-added chocolate pudding cup That, and 40 minutes on the exercise bike, and 15 minutes lifting weight. I do WW Flex plans, so the food points were 29.5. |
