REALLY bad. I made a bad decision to try the low carb thing. Only counting carbs. Not counting calories. So, I DID follow a low carb diet. But it turned into a high calorie nightmare!
No more excessive quantities of ANYTHING, well, maybe lettuce

I've stayed away from snacks & I've been alone in the house twice now for hours at a time w/out doing my usual non-stop eating routine. Instead, I'm focusing on eating 3 healthy meals a day and responding to my hunger w/real food instead of my bf's junk.


Most people I know look at me when I say this and say, "So?"
But I know you guys would understand!
