I frequently do the going to sleep thing myself! Lately I've also been having a glass of no sugar added chocolate fat free milk. It's still some calories and some sugar and not really good for ya, but it's sweet, it's chocolate, and the milk helps make me feel full enough to stop. Well, that takes care of the "sweet" craving, anyway... Not so much the "salty" thing or any of the other varieties...
