I know how stressful it can be getting a biopsy. I'll pray that the results are good.
If you can't get the need for food out of your head (easier said than done when you're stressed), I'd suggest that you get something
better than what you would normally have. I've done that when I've really NEEDED a binge. I'll buy myself something healthier, but still yummy. I've treated myself to containers of fresh berries or pre-cut fruit (expensive, so I don't often buy them, but it beats a bag of chips, right?) and a sweet dip. (I don't know what your grocery stores are like, but we can buy pre-packed berries and fruit that come with a dip) Or precut veggies with a yummy dip. (I hate cutting up veggies, so that's a treat for me)
Or if you've GOT to have chips, buy some that are baked instead of fried.
You know, just making a little improvement in your choices can be a BIG improvement in the long run.
