I've always hovered at 165 after each of my kids. Two years ago, I finally got serious and got down to 132. I thought it was for life, but my habits came back and I've been gaining weight back since last Summer. It's been a very stressful year. I know I don't have that much to lose, but what I do have is not budging and if I stay this way, I'll just keep gaining weight indefinitely. I really need to change things.
