Me too! I just found this thread and it sounds like just what I need... I've been having REAL problems lately with overeating.... I want to join in the next round!

Yay!!! Wednesday tomorrow! I really need a reason to not binge! My jeans are getting tight again. I have gained 5 lbs since I started binging a week ago If only I had self control....

I tried to start yesterday instead of waiting and failed miserably. For no good reason. Today's a new day -- off to have a binge-free Wednesday!
