Well I am still just walking instead of doing intense cardio, but at least I am doing something. I haven't lost anymore weight, but haven't gained either, so I'm sort of okay with where I am right now.
It was so beautiful in DC this weekend. I helped one of my friends apartment-shop on Saturday, and we walked at least an hour (possibly more) around Penn Quarter and Dupont Circle while looking at places. Sunday, my husband and I went for an hour-long walk with the dogs, and then that evening when I got back to Manhattan, I took a very brisk walk up to Union Square and back (15 minutes each way).
Lala - have fun in Virginia! you should be able to catch the tail end of the nice weather.
DG - 17 minutes on the elliptical is great! Before you know it you will be up to 30 minutes.

I know they are calling for rain and/or snow in New York this weekend - yuck! I am ready for spring as well. And daylight savings time so it will be light later!

. I brought my gym bag today, so will try to get to the gym for some cardio as well as my walking.
I'm going to try to run outside this weekend if it isn't too cold! Today I will probably just get my walking in.
