okay its the little things that count right??for the past two days i have just been eating my meals!! no unecessary binges, snacking, munching, stuffing my face when i'm not hungry!!
and .... drumroll please.....
last night after dinner we went on a walk. bf wanted to get something sweet. he offered to get me something. i wasnt going to get anything BUT then i saw white choclate tobblerone with honey noguts. THAT is like my FAV! so of course i got it. (a medium sized bar not the big, not the small)
and here is the impressive part!!
i managed to have 2 triangles and enjoy them and then put it away!!
I can never do that!! and bf ate his whole pint of b and js lol so its not like i didn't have an excuse if i wanted one to eat the whole bar.
its now sitting in my cupboard and i have no desire to go eat the whole thing.
wow.. sorry for the novel. that is just HUGE for me. i always eat as much as i can get away with.
