Default I am STUFFED!

I really cut down on carbs over the past month, which was really hard to do.. but now, I really don't even crave them. Well tonight, I made pasta (first I made the barilla plus pasta, that was completely disgusting, so then I made some REAL pasta!) and I made myself a portion 1/2 the size it would normally be... and I am literally so STUFFED I feel sick! I never would have thought that was even POSSIBLE!

Ew ew ew ew, low-carb pasta is pretty much floppy cardboard. I would much rather just eat less good pasta! It's great that you can still eat what you want, just less! Moderation really is the key...

Good for you, but I LOVE the Barilla plus pasta. I absolutely love it. It isn't low carb. I have tried true lo carb pastas and found them to be very gross. I am curious, which kind did you try (angel hair, rotini...) I haven't tried angel hair and or the real thin spaghetti. I have tried the penne and elbows and make sure I don't over cook them. (I did do that once, yuk!)

I still eat it in moderation, it isn't lo carb, or lo calorie, it just has much more protien and fiber then traditional pastas.

Barilla is not low carb - its a mixture of regular and whole wheat. I love it as well.
