LOL oh no I think a LOT of people have eaten canned frosting! I know I sure have... on graham crackers or just out of the can. Yay for cream cheese too... great with wheat thins and green grapes. LOL

And speaking of Cadbury's I have definitely binged on those little marshmallow peeps!!!

My binges are always processed sugar or fried stuff. I stopped buying stuff like that so I wouldn't be able to eat it, but I found a way...I found myself dipping chocolate rice cakes (not so bad) in condensed milk (BAD). Before my "resolution" I would eat a whole box of swiss cake rolls. Or I might hit the store and buy some poppers, cheese sticks, wontons, whatever looked good and just stuff myself.

My ww leader every once in awhile tells a story of the girl who always sat up front and had good losses every week. Then one day she sat in the back. When Marie asked what had happened, she said, "I think a gained weight because I ate too much cabbage last night."

Cabbage is 0 points in weight watchers - basically an unlimited food.

When Marie asked how much,

she replied, "7 heads."

Moral is... we can binge on anything. Personally I have more of a problem with Cadbury chocolate (only Cadbury - I can stay away from the rest), wheat thins (cookies in disguise if you look at the sugar in them), and graham crackers, than anything in the veggie drawer.

Dance-it WAS desperation haha! It actually wasn't that bad though...

Morrigan-goodness 7 heads! I'm in trouble if i have 1/2 a cup! (Cabbage doesn't show up too often at my house)

I bought some icecream on a stick a few days ago, actually no added sugar and 98% fat free. didn't taste bad either!
Weigh-in is tomorrow....we'll see.....i'm nervous

Default back in school?

does everyone else do the same...sit up front if they have a loss and in the back if they gained?
How big were the cabbages cause Im thinking they are pretty big, and was this really in 1 night? How it must of been harsh on her gastral system...lol She should of shown a loss, don't most gases rise? Wonder if she will ever eat cabbage again....lol

So, last night I'm in kroger and i actually HAD the vanilla twirls in my cart. Suddenly I dumped them in the potato bin and ran. I picked up a nice jar of white, ruby red grapefruit, and orange sections.....whew...that was close
