I wanted to wish you good luck, I started last week, and I understand about feeling hungry all the time! I swear the moment I try and start to eat healthy all I do all day long is think about food. Of course its all the things I am trying not to eat........blah!
Good to hear you have a short term goal, that is what I try and do, I think its too overwhelming to think off all the weight I have to lose, I would rather try and just and make short goals!
