is there anyone here on the ww core that has binging probs? just curious bc i do and im on that plan and what im discovering is that certain times when i feel im being good, im still exceeding my wpa's for the week. for instance..each sunday i go to pizza hut w my mom. when not binging i order a personal cheese pan,and eat 2 cheesticks not 5. sounds good right? one prob....thats a 25 point meal!

Im there with you. I had to go back to doing ww points instead of core. I lost about 40 pounds on counting points. and started to get into a slum I then started core. and that's when my binging started and I cant get out of it. I can do good for a day or two, but then I find myself at night when everyone has gone to bed gourging myself with food. I have now gained 30 pounds back of the 40 I lost and Im trying to find the motivation to start counting points again and sticking to it.
I'm new here and I can truly relate in a way....I lost 4 sizes in 6mth or so period and was doing good keeping everything off...I meet my husband who is so healthy it is frustrating because there is no give with him( I have no gained all my weight back in the 2 years we have been together and I can't get my motivation back Plus I'm in a different job now where my options for eating are not as good. I need serious help getting my self to get going with counting again(the way I know works for me) HELP!!!!
Im glad Im not the only one with this problem. Im trying to figure out in my head how I had the motivation and will power to do it and stick with it the first time and why I cant do it now. I feel so hopeless about losing weight lately.
