I agree with Leenie... just making little changes can make the world of difference.
I look at some foods and think, "I can't have that! I'm on a diet!" (it might be a baked potato with sour cream/low fat marg, or baked Tostitos with a low-fat dip) So I'll deprive myself, and then later in the day, I'll completely give up, and eat a big bag of HIGH fat chips!!
Find some foods that you really love that are BETTER choices than the really bad ones. And planning ahead with your meals and snacks is important, too. When you know you've got good foods available, you're less inclined to go for take-out, or to the corner store for a bag of
bridge mixture and Cool Ranch.
