I would really like if there is anyone out there that is dealing with or has recovered from BINGE EATING DISORDER. I would like to find an E-Friend that I can chat with about it.

A little about me:
Has anyone out there recovered from Binge Eating Disorder?
If so, would anyone be willing to be an
E-freind with me about this issue?

A little about me:
Have been dealing with BED for about 3-4 years.
I have read books and tried methods myself for recovery. Nothing has really worked long term, but I have made small steps/progress.
I would say on a scale from mild to severe BED I am in the low to middle (I do not purge).
Hardest times for me are when I am alone at night, esp. on a weekend.
Not overweight/train for triathlons/very active
Have had some professional help but cannot afford to keep going! Very expensive.

Let me know if there is anyone out there like me!!!

I would say that I am in recovery, but I am not recovered. I think because we can't just give up food its not that east. Welcome and please join us on our daily thread.
