Default Shhhh...

Don't tell anyone! I sent my DDs to a birthday party with their daddy 'cuz of all the school work I have to get done. But I expect to be able to relax a bit while they're out, too. Gosh, I feel so guilty! It's okay though, right? After all, I'm usually the one who always does birthday duty, etc.

Ellis -- Tell us all about your new jeans. Brand? Low rise? Faded or dark? Zip or button fly? Don't worry about the shirts; they'll fit eventually! Glad I'm not the only one who thought it was Weight Watchers Barbie. Sheesh...

Kat -- You've certainly been busy. Good luck with Weight Watchers and sponsoring! Yay, you! I've been thinking about looking into ellis' South Beach for some variety with my eating plan. I need structure, but I'm starting to get a bit bored with my own devices.

School work calls...have a great evening everyone!

Kat! You're a sponser!! Good for you, sweet girl!!
That husband would have p'd me off, too! I always want to teach people like that a lesson. Good for you for holding back.
Did you get your workout in?

Christy... IT'S OKAY!!! You did the right thing. Do NOT feel guilty, darling. Your sanity is VERY important. Is it not?
I got my jeans from Old Navy. (little bit ashamed of that, but these things happen... ) Size 36. Lowish rise. (but not TOO low) Zip. Medium fade. Boot cut. I just have to cut off about two feet from the bottom and hem them. And I have a roll that hangs over the top, but I'll be losing that starting this week.

I just had a major "relapse", and DH tried to take me to the hospital. I convinced him (sort of) that I'm fine... I'm seeing my psychiatrist in the morning, and hopefully he'll get something going with my meds. These are NOT working properly.
DH said if he catches me in this state one more time, he's going to physically carry me to the car and into the hospital. Sort of makes me want to "pull myself together". Not that that's possible, but I'm making a damned good effort. snort.

Had a good week-end. I still need to exercise though.

I have 14 day's before next doctor's visit and I want to be in th upper 170's by then. I have to stay on plan for two week--I hope this not trigger a binge.

more later.

(((ellis))) -- I'm so sorry you're having trouble! Many prayers on the way, hon. You tell that psych EVERYTHING so he can get those meds straightened out for you. I'll be thinking of you today...please let us know how you are ASAP. We love you!

ceejay -- Glad you're doing well!
