I went to TOPS tonight and was determined not to let that Iron Monster get me down no matter how bad it was. I gained four pounds (actually I thought it would be much worse). Now that I've gotten that over with I'm determined to move onward and downward. Chris~~ Is step work something to do with OA? I wish we had meetings nearby because I would love to go. Did you watch a movie today?
Christy~~ Ditto about reality shows. I've never gotten into them either.
Ellis~~ Oh my. I couldn't imagine being without my meds. It took me almost five months to make myself seek help. I wish I had done it sooner. {{HUGS}} Hang in there.
