Smile Discipline starts mentally first

How many times have we said, I'm not eating any more fast food?
How many times have we said, I am eating no more chips and etc??

WELL START OFF WITH MEDITATION IN THE MORNING! Meditation improves decision-making skills, thus it would be great to start your mornings off with a dose of meditation on the daily.

Overeating is a mental struggle as much as it is a physical one. If you can't control your thoughts, you won't be able to control your eating habits.

Here are two tips to help you get started:

1. Identify your triggers. What causes you to overeat? Is it boredom? Stress? Hunger? Once you know what triggers your overeating, you can start to make a plan to avoid those situations.
2. Distract yourself. When you feel the urge to overeat, try distracting yourself with something else. Get up and walk around, call a friend, or read.
