Breakfast ideas you MIGHT like.
Steel cut cooked oats with fresh fruit or honey
Avocado Toast with poached eggs, sprouts and sunflower seeds.
Smoked Salmon with capers, red onion and cream cheese on thin bagel
Shredded wheat and fresh strawberries Almond milk or So good coconut milk.
Smoothie with Almond butter, banana, leftover coffee and almond milk.
I never use real dairy unless cooking with it.

Lunch ideas
Garbanzo bean soup
Tomato Basil soup
Triscuits, with tuna salad or chicken salad
Asian chicken lettuce wraps
Apples and almond butter
I try and use lettuce to wrap food in instead of bread. Use Pita bread!
Pita bread pizza is good too! I crave Pizza sometimes and its my "go To"
