I like walking outside, I go a different way and just try and walk about a mile or so, then I have to keep going so I can get back home...lol
Sometimes just getting started is the hard part, if I say I'll just take the dog for a little walk, once I get going it's much easier.
I didn't do any walking or hiking last weekend and felt like such a slug after that it motivated me to get back to it this week. It's true your body gets used to exercising and is looking for that release.
Also, don't forget to stretch, if you're getting tight or sore that could hold you back from doing more as well.
