I'm back after a couple of months falling off the wagon and binging A LOT when I kept thinking "I'll start exercising/working out tomorrow". I've gained some back but I have decided to put a stop to that before I'm back up to 230lbs. The first step: logging back into 3fc today (for some accountability) and also logging back into myfitnesspal, which helped to keep me accountable in the past. Today, I'm also committed to:
a) grocery shopping for healthy food/purging bad food from my kitchen
b) walking or running for 30 minutes
Those are my challenges for today. Feels good to make the resolution to get back to a healthy lifestyle
