is what I try to do. I want everything to change all at once. Compulsive behavior. Like MAGIC I begin exercising and control the food intake. That lasts about 20 lbs. worth then the binging starts and then I stop exercising.
My idea this time is to do nothing different except cut the sugary products and white carbs and get in a few more steps per day. In other words take it easy on myself and just DO IT! rather than trying to change my lifestyle from one extreme to another in one day.
I think cutting the sugars will improve my desire to overeat considerably then I can think about calories in and out later. Has anyone done it this way.
