I got a new scale. The one I have been using is extremely fidgety. I would get on, FREAK OUT because I had "gained" 5 lbs. Get off, get on again and see that I "lost" 5 lbs. always just kinda messed with it, made sure it said "0" when I stepped on and took the number that seemed to pop up the most and said that was my weight. I knew it would be off...
I FINALLY got a new scale today. Made sure everything was good. Got on, and it added 6 LBS to my weight. I KNOW I gained a few from the holiday, but I also messed with the other scale and it said I gained 2 lbs... which isn't good, but it's different. I was hopping on both scales and the new one is definately at least 5 lbs higher than the old one.
SO! My weight is 160 (wearing clothes and after a meal... ... makes me feel a LITTLE better). I want to change my ticker... but I know I have lost 10 lbs for sure... changing to the new scale hurts my ego a little.
Should I change all my weigh ins by 5lbs? Or just this one and go along with losing only 4 lbs so far even though I KNOW I lost more than that?
I'll stick with the new weight for sure... I just don't know if I should add weight to the ticker for my "start" weight or just leave it alone?

This post is pathetic...
