I'm thinking about just giving up on this whole weight loss thing. I went on a diet lost 5 pounds and gained all of it (if not more) back. This is the last time I'm going to try this again. I'm going back on weight watchers, and going to the gym, and I won't weigh myself until the end of two weeks. I sure hope this works.

I am so sick of being a binge eater, and the sick part of it is that when I want to talk to someone about it they think that I am just being greedy. =/

Thanks for reading this for anyone who does. I just wanted to get it out there, because this is the only place where I can go where people actually get me and understand me.

I know how you feel - I think sometimes if I stopped thinking about weight loss and only focused my attention on not binging, I would drop a few pounds. But since I have been in diet mode for almost a year now, it's impossible to quit tallying up calories and stressing about them, and I will always want to binge.

Try not to focus on the weightloss, focus on learning to eat healthy. Focus on just today. With every binge you try to control that control will get easier until it's not as big to you anymore. You just have to control and work through the next one. That will strengthen your skills. Figure out what you could have improved on and what you did great and move on. Each one will get easier.

I used to binge eat. I gained most of my weight cleaning the fridge. It's now a thing of the past. You can get there too.

Thank you so much! ! It's people like you that make this bearable! I'm going to try and not binge that much, but instead I'll just give myself little indulgences to see if that makes a difference! I feel better about this whole thing now though.
Good luck with everything! Oh and another hug

Whoa thanks! I actually avoided a LARGE binge today! I don't know how I did it but it was done! I'm strengthening my skills little by little everyday, it's a hard journey, but I suppose that it is worth it in the end. Thank you so much for the advice!

Just keep going. If you mess up, just forget about it and carry on.
