Well Done!!! It has been around 11 days since I began my diet and I haven't slipped once so in lots of ways I am proud of myself too.
Today however I went out for dinner and, although I had a salad, I exceeded my calorie limit. (I had 1485 calories instead of 1200). I feel really bad and when I look at myself in the mirror I swear I have got fatter and not thinner. I suppose I should start weighing myself - but I just think that knowing how much I weighed day in day out would tip me over the edge mentally.
