Today's A Week



  • Ok, so today is a week that I haven't binged! ^_^ I've been eating healthy foods, no junk at all, AND I haven't binged or over eaten! I'm excited...

  • Well Done!!! It has been around 11 days since I began my diet and I haven't slipped once so in lots of ways I am proud of myself too.

    Today however I went out for dinner and, although I had a salad, I exceeded my calorie limit. (I had 1485 calories instead of 1200). I feel really bad and when I look at myself in the mirror I swear I have got fatter and not thinner. I suppose I should start weighing myself - but I just think that knowing how much I weighed day in day out would tip me over the edge mentally.

    Ready, 285 cals, is not the end of the world. In fact, it's not bad at all.
