hmmmm... well for me taking naps really helps.
i know, it sounds crazy, however my worst time as far as eating goes is three in the afternoon. That just happens to be when most students return from school. i get home at like, three and immeadiatly sprint for the kitchen!
sure enough, binges often happen. so, to avoid this, i drink a cup of tea, then take a small nap. like 30-45 minutes. this is enough time to re-energize your body and it nips cravings in the butt!
