I'll like to join and WI on mondays, i hop on my scale evrytime i go to the bathroom which is at least 3times daily, i hope i'm able to stick to the rule. Maybe it'll also help my weekend binge since i tend to eat more than i should most weekends.

yeah I want to do the drive by weigh in everytime I go to the bathroom, but too emotional for me when it doesn't say what I think it should say.

Well since I haven't been weighing I've been focusing on non scale victories to motivate me and have something to monitor and since you can't have a negative non scale victory they are all positive.

No more knee pain for the most part, managed to avoid emotional eating when the ex set me off yesterday, and went out to dinner, managed not to scarf down all the chips (we had mexican), no appetizer and no dessert. I actually think I under did it since I was hungry about an hour later.

My weigh in is Friday.

I finally took my scales and put them in the trash...gone. Now I weigh once a week at my doctor's office. Just run in and weigh. They don't mind, and I'm not torturing myself with daily fluctuations that mean absolutely nothing.

I look forward most weeks to weighing-in. It's a little Saturday morning something I do for myself. Have a great week, everyone.

Weighed in, gained 1lb 352 ( i refuse to change my ticker, lol) but I'm think it was me making concessions to hang out with a friend. wont happen this week.

I struggled the 1st 2days and i was almost giving up but i managed to survive without the scales and it was worth it. Usually, when i check my weight and i see it's gone up a bit, i just eat to console myself but because i stayed off the scale, i exercised more and ate right. At the end, i lost 5Ibs!

I'll join..... I should join! I weigh daily and I tell myself it helps me
but I wonder if never seeing it move is actually sabotaging me.
I weighed at 269.8 this morning..... I will sit on my hands and not weigh
again until next week and we'll see what happens.

I used to do this when I first started weight loss but after I started weighting myself everyday it was soo hard to resist the scale.

I haven't weighted myself in 2 days but so far my last time was 181.7lb =)

Yes Im a major scale addict. I weigh myself at least twice to three times a day. It's crazy right?!

So, I weighed myself today and I was 190


that was really hard to put out there like that and hard on the eyes. So maybe next time I weigh in there will be some good news. Just yesterday I was thinking to ask my husband to HIDE the scale or put it in his car and take it to work with him til next week.

Welcome everyone. So I think I realized I've been overeating. I was buying an egg white omelette and toast for breakfast but grossly under estimating how many calories were in it and eating to much of my own home cooked yummy food, and eating out (but making good choices). Feel better this week. Fingers crossed for a loss on friday.

Scale gods have smiled on me, down a 1lb. I feel like it should be more but TOM should be here any day now and down is preferable to gaining so I'll take it, lol. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

still holding off till november 1st. but i have to admitt, at this point im a little scared to step on the scale. i've been having some serious binge issues and i think i've gained. so ill be upset when i step on after a month and have gained.

but thats still weeks away. im enjoying not having the scale. especially since i can look at my body in the mirror and realize i look good, no matter what the scale would say.
