yeah I want to do the drive by weigh in everytime I go to the bathroom, but too emotional for me when it doesn't say what I think it should say.
Well since I haven't been weighing I've been focusing on non scale victories to motivate me and have something to monitor and since you can't have a negative non scale victory they are all positive.
No more knee pain for the most part, managed to avoid emotional eating when the ex set me off yesterday, and went out to dinner, managed not to scarf down all the chips (we had mexican), no appetizer and no dessert. I actually think I under did it since I was hungry about an hour later.
My weigh in is Friday.
