Starting day 75 today!

Finished Day 4, starting Day 5! Almost done with an entire week!

Day 3, had some ice cream, but I controlled myself. If my husband wouldn't have been here with me, I would have eaten the rest of the carton!

Made day 8 and feeling stronger and stronger each day.

I havent been doing good lately. i feel like crap because i just started.. so i feel like im starving and the only thing im craving is sodas and chocolate!! its terrible! but i wanna get to my goal weight by next year i just need help

Finished with Day 5! Tomorrow and the next 2 weeks are gonna be tough because I'll be home alone the whole time. But I gotta push through!

day 28!

Nmgirl hang in there, I know just how you feel, I started new today too after a humungus weekend binge and ive got the cravings for sugar again today. Ive stuck to my healthy plan though and eating reg meals has def helped to get me stay on track. For me if I can get through day one after a binge i will be ok (at least for a while) it really helps me mentally. Ive had dinner and Im gonna finish my day snacking on fruit when im hungry because night is when im most likely to binge.

Day 4, not to hungry today. I find that if I eat a huge breakfast, then I don't get that hungry during the day. But I still make sure I have a small lunch and small dinner.
