Crap crap crap. Day 1 again tomorrow. I feel like such a failure. I remember back when I didn't binge for a couple months. I wanna be that girl again!

Don't worry Chloe, each day is a blank slate and just tell yourself that. You can do better tomorrow. You can do it :) We all can!

Have a good Wednesday. I have my last day of lecture (for a summer class), jogging, 3 hours of Volleyball, and a picnic by the bay with my BF today. So, is should be a great day for me! Hope it is for YOU! :)

NMgirl and Fruitlady, thank you so much for telling me about the exercises you do! It really helps me to know that other people are working at it, too! I try to do some kind of exercise everyday, too, but lately I just really needed some inspiration, and both of you really came through! Thank you so much! :thanks:

Peachykeen, you'll get there. Make today your #1, then try for #2. You will build momentum. We all had to start somewhere. It wasn't easy for any of us. I wish you the best! :goodluck:

Day 71--feeling okay. No strong urges today, I hope those have passed (knock on wood) for a bit at least. I find that trying new healthy recipes keeps me on track. I think that reminding myself that there's an endless combo of delicious, healthy foods out there keeps me on my toes and more interested in healthy eating and most importantly, portion control!

I'm gonna call today a little early and count it as Day 1. I have no cravings. I did earlier, but I thought about something else for awhile and lo and behold! the went away.

Today was day 8, but I'm not sure if I should start at day one tomorrow. I overate today, I'm not sure if I was really in that binge mode though. I ate lots of ice cream , 3 servings of my homemade peanut butter( so good, yum!) and a little bit of other crappy foods. I was craving chocolate so bad, that was my problem. I felt totally in control and just felt happy to sit and enjoy it. I stopped when I was full and didn't stuff myself til I was sick, like usual. It was different and it felt good that way. I feel no guilt, which is strange. But I ate 4200 cal. including breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's pretty bad, so I think I will start at day 1 tomorrow.

Day 48!

Fruitlady: I personally don't think you should start at day 1. Binging for me is being totally ravenous, out of control, not being able to make yourself stop once you're satisfied because you never really do get satisfied. So, if you define binge that way too, you're fine. Everyone over eats here and there. Its human.

Good morning. :)

Today is day 11 for me. I overate yesterday, but I did not binge. I was probably 200 - 300 calories over my range, but I never once felt out of control or like I couldn't stop eating. So I didn't/don't feel bad or guilty about it. Basically, I just ate a serving & a half of trail mix over what I had planned for the day. And I ate it because I was truly hungry.

In the past I've always been so black & white - either I stayed 110% on plan & didn't even have 1 calorie over what I am allowed, or I failed. I'm trying really hard not to look at it that way anymore.

I'm on day 24. No binge eating, but I had some not so healthy stuff and I find myself overeating way too often lately when meeting with friends. I need to recommit. At least, no binges.
