Well today is the beggining of day 1... im going to make me 2 egg whites and half a tortilla im not sure if i can eat it though my throat is killing me!!! but we will see how this goes hehe
I'm starting day 1, we decided to go to a pizza buffet yesterday. I overate but did not stuff myself til I was sick like usual. I gained three pounds so I am counting it as a binge.
Day 1 and it was pretty okay. I did eat fairly generous portions of things but I managed to stop myself going off into a total binge. Also I've worked out a way to enjoy things that usually trigger a binge without binging which is to eat them right before I have to leave the house! That way I don't have to give up my favourite foods but I can eat them without losing control.
Good morning ladies!
Let's have a good, binge free day today!
I'm starting day 3.
I plan on having a few more snacks today instead of three big meals. I wake up at 5.00am or 5.30am and have breakfast no later than 6.00am. I didn't realize that this was way earlier than it used to be. I spent weeks wondering why I was so hungry at 11.00am and thought it could not be real hunger since I "just" had breakfast. But honestly, I think it's ok to be hungry 5hours after breakfast. Than I had lunch (sandwichs, veggies and fruit I prepare at home) at about 2.00pm. Dinner when I came home at 6.00 or 7.00pm.
There was way too much time in between meals. Today I'll try to eat something small every 3 hours.
Day 1.
Ugh.
I made a poor choice early yesterday. Then fought cravings allll day. Then gave in at night. Sometimes I use sugar as a sleep aid. Didn't work last night though. I was still up til midnight. So. Now I'm tired again and feeling the effects of 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips. Ugh.
Today is Day 1. I will make good choices. I want to finish out this week strong.
Wishing you all a binge-free day.
