  • Hi everyone!! Welcome to the binge free challenge!! You can come in here and post your weekly successes and struggles and keep track of your binge free days. You can also vent about anything and everything you feel like getting out. We are here to share our feelings and to encourage and inspire each other. No negativity! We are strong chicks and I KNOW we all can do this!! And we don't have to do it alone, we have each other to get us through the rough times.

ALL chicks are welcome -- no one is excluded! If you are trying to lose weight, not trying, maintaining, recovering from an eating disorder, in the midst of one, or have ANY kind of problem with food, we would love to have you join us!!

    Let's have an awesome week!!
  • Day 13.
  • I've just started a new program today... I've had enough of yo-yoing! I'm determined to make this work and now that i've got 3FC in my life, it all seems so much better... Where else can you find motivation, inspiration and support all in one place? This is like my second home! here's to losing weight!
  • Day 7--one week! woopie! Plus, I turn in my last paper for the semester today--which means LESS STRESS! Which means less of an urge to binge. It'll certainly still be there, don't get me wrong.

But from my experiance it is much less strong and I'm way better equiped to deal with the urges during the summer. And I'm more likely to want to go outside, and wear small clothes, and feel light and pretty, which also makes it easier to resist.

    Hurray for summer!
  • day 31 of no sugar/no grains.
  • I'm joining the challenge this week because last week I went into a binge spiral. But I don't like counting days b/c I'm a live in the moment person (and I lose track after 3 days, lol). So, I will say, today I have been binge free. I hope I can say that each day this week.
  • Hi everyone. I've been reading the posts in the Chicks in Control forum and it seems like a place where I fit in
I am going to see how many binge free days I can have this week.
Those of you who have many days in a row are inspiring and so are those of you who are starting anew/again. It helps to know I'm not alone

  • (Monday)
I think I made it 6 days then fell off the wagon HARD.

I have been eating badly since Friday...I have a dinner out with family tonight, dinner w/ a friend tomorrow, and dinner with my siblings on Friday.

My only goal is to eat well Wednesday and Thursday and take it from there.
(I have no will power to go out to a restaurant and get a salad, these are both Italian restaurants)
  • I'm around ladies! Not keeping count, just taking it one day at a time :-) So since I'm working tonight and that is usually where I have a tough time trying not to eat mindlessly...I am going to make a good effort to be effective today :-)

  • Hello everyone this is my first post. I really am trying to stay binge free I hate that Ive binged so much I cannot enjoy a meal with my family. My first paln is to stick to three meals a day and no bingeing.
  • Day 3 for me, still tempted though. All I want is chocolate and peanut butter, I don't know how to stop these cravings without losing control.
  • I am also around and doing so-so. I've made it a week though, so I'm hoping to tack on another one. I have that "fat" feeling though that I hate so much...even though I've done nothing to deserve it! Ick. Hope everyone has a great week!
  • Hey everyone, doing well, day 7 for me. Still having a hard time not snacking, but have found coming here in the evening helpful
  • Good morning.
I made it through day 1. On to day 2.
Wishing you all a happy, healthy, binge free day.
