i take 2 cans of beans, like kidney or black beans, and make a little salad with some scallions, celery, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil, dash of salt & pepper. eating about 1/2 cup to a cup of this will make you feel full. even better, add a little babybel cheese (light) on the side. good stuff. and beans are cheap. i make a whole bunch of this stuff...keeps in the fridge for 5-6 days. |
An omelet, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes. Love omelets.
