My long term BF is scared my bum will fall off if I lose weight.
my triggers are very situational:
* I have trouble not eating in front of the computer. So I am trying hard to keep water nearby, and drink more tea at the comp. Right now I am having a healthy breakfast.
* I binge when stressed, anxious AND bored. Often when I am procrastinating.
* I binge when I am tired but still trying to stay awake. I know I should just go to bed.
I'll just eat item after item after item... It's been getting better, though!
