Default Binging help? :(

For the past...week or so my diet has been going down the drain causing me to really get annoyed with myself.
It's not really sweets like ice cream and candy, but...other food?
Like a lot of bread and pasta and I don't know.
I think I'm getting stressed out about it when I don't need to be.
But apparently I have absolutely no self control.

How do you/did you say no in a world consisting of so much yummy bad food?Any advice?

Default For me its just about being full all the time

I make sure that I good healthy food and keep my self full...then I dont get tempted to eat other food..that was first step for me. Then eventually, I learned to say no even when I wasn't that full...but first, have a full tummy [with good healthy food] and start with that.

I agree with the post above...keep full and it is easier to resist temptation. I also have to have fresh food in the house and I prepare a lot of my meals from scratch..I find that when I control the ingredients, I get much more volume than if I eat foods prepared by someone else or bought in the store. Invest in a good, low fat cookbook and start from there. I always look for recepies online or modify my own recepies to make themmore healthy...and I take it one day at a time. Also, I feel like every day is a chance for a fresh start so if you slip a little, don't beat yourself for it. Jump right back on plan and pushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh forward....good luck!

This doesn't work for everyone~ But when I know that I have no self control over a certain kind of food, I don't even let myself have a little bit. For example; Pringles. I know that I won't just have one. So I don't have any.
If I were you, I'd get arid of all the "binge" foods in your home, and replace them with healthier alternatives. That way, if you really need to eat something, you can go for an item which is alot less damaging
Btw~ I love yourr display picture! Tokio Hotel are amazing!! <3

Thanks for the advice!
The only problem with eating and staying full is I'm scared I'll over-eat.
I'm still new to this whole thing, so I'm still learning.
-x-
Thanks I'll try it (:
I asked my parents to not buy junk food for a little bit, until I feel like I actually won't quit. But they refuse and say "We'll buy ice cream you just can't have any!"
So mean. haha

And it's good to see another fan

Tallica,

What really helps me is counting calories. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but after some practice, it's really very easy. That way, you can eat anything you want, but you just know to control the portions. Also, it doesn't take long to realize that the calories go a lot longer when you eat salad instead of potato chips.
