So last nght after my friends left it was about 10pm... I diddnt log on to 3fc witch I should have Instead a made a cup of delicious clam chowder that was calling my name...it wasnt a "full binge" i diddnt go back for seconds or 3rds thank goodness but i ate it at like 1020 and went right to bed so it wasnt good.. how i am going to fix this next time is maybe for lunch have a small portion size of it (well whatever food im craving so ravenously) so I dont get the craving later..... I had to post this because I just have to tell people... I need to be acountable for my actions if I want to succeed
