Default Bad Start this morning.

I have been pretty good this week. Calories have been ok. Haven't worked out this week though, because I have been sick since Saturday, and if i do anything that requires any amount of exertion, i start coughing really badly. Anyway, this morning feeling really crappy, i made some blueberry muffins (from a mix) and i ate FOUR of them smothered in butter and washed it down with pepsi!! And i did this knowing that my husband is planning to take me out to dinner tonight and that i needed to reserve my calories for this.

I dont mean to rant, i'm just very disappointed with myself. Now off to distract myself with schoolwork, lol.

it's ok.
What's done is done, so forgive yourself for what you ate. The best thing about this is that you can just start over. Don't write the whole day off and continue on a downward trend. Make some great healthy choices from here on out for the rest of the day. Have that great dinner with your husband! Enjoy every moment. And don't let those muffins keep you down. You just took a small detour. Now get back on track

Thanks for the support I'm trying not to stress about it too much. I bought me a new workout outfit earlier, so when i hit the gym monday morning i will feel better physically AND mentally (if i ever get over this crud that is)
Now, off to take a shower and get gussied up for tonight, LOL

Go to dinner and have a light meal. The entire day is not a loss, especially since you have a date!
