Hey, I'm going to join in this week... since I've been more serious about cutting back my calories, I've been binging a lot more the last few weeks.

I'm ready to stop!
It seems like every time there's a box or tray of cookies, scones, donuts, or whatever else in the lunch area, I end up eating them until I feel gross. (And it takes A LOT for me to feel bad, I've got a stomach of steel!) Other days, I'll come up with some excuse to go to the vending machine, even though I bring healthy snacks with me every day.
I think one thing that will help is eating more things that I like, so I don't feel deprived. I started eating cereal for breakfast again (1 cup of cheerios with half a banana sliced on it), and sandwiches for lunch... sure, they're not the lowest-calorie or most filling foods, but they're what I WANT. I guess this sort of goes along with that intuitive eating stuff... I've never really looked into it before, just read about it on 3FC.
Well, so far, no binges yesterday... I baked cookies for a picnic tomorrow, but I only ate one (as planned

). I did take a big spoonful of brown sugar (I have a major sugar problem) but I can't really call 1 spoonful a binge. Just a little slip-up.
Keep up the planning and positive thoughts ladies!
