I am completely restarting this week and I feel very positive this time around. It's a new week and there are big changes in our family and this is week one for a lot of things. Time to buckle down and get serious again.

I had a slip up yesterday, although I wouldn't really call it a binge... I dunno maybe I'm just fooling myself and I should own up to a binge. I didn't go completely off my rocker so I'm probably not recognizing it for what it was. Anyway... this week is a new week and I'm staying on my game

Had a binge, not unplanned eating or some overeating, but a binge yesterday. It was no where near the worst, prob. closer to the least damage binge, but an absolute binge all the same.

So here I am. I will be checking in every few hours today-- as possible, anyway. Thx chicks

Good to hear all the positivitiy!!

I got up really early and went to the Farmer's Market and bought some fresh peaches, lettuce and multigrain bread! Then I went to the asian market and got some Tofu, some rice, and some seasonings.

So I'm all set for the week!

Hey, I'm going to join in this week... since I've been more serious about cutting back my calories, I've been binging a lot more the last few weeks. I'm ready to stop!

It seems like every time there's a box or tray of cookies, scones, donuts, or whatever else in the lunch area, I end up eating them until I feel gross. (And it takes A LOT for me to feel bad, I've got a stomach of steel!) Other days, I'll come up with some excuse to go to the vending machine, even though I bring healthy snacks with me every day.

I think one thing that will help is eating more things that I like, so I don't feel deprived. I started eating cereal for breakfast again (1 cup of cheerios with half a banana sliced on it), and sandwiches for lunch... sure, they're not the lowest-calorie or most filling foods, but they're what I WANT. I guess this sort of goes along with that intuitive eating stuff... I've never really looked into it before, just read about it on 3FC.

Well, so far, no binges yesterday... I baked cookies for a picnic tomorrow, but I only ate one (as planned ). I did take a big spoonful of brown sugar (I have a major sugar problem) but I can't really call 1 spoonful a binge. Just a little slip-up.

Keep up the planning and positive thoughts ladies!

I'm posting this to hold me more accountable and hopefully I'll think of all of your support as I go out this evening.

I'm headed to the movie theater. It's sooo easy to get candy & popcorn & pop and then eat some of my DH's too. Oiy!! It's sooooo off plan and high in sugar and just a ton of crap I don't need. Please think STAY STRONG LIZ vibes for me
