Hey girls!
The picnic was pretty good. I probably came in right around my maintenance calories for the day. I made some good choices - lots of fruit and veggies, a hamburger (no cheese), only 1 bite of each pasta/potato salad and whatnot that looked good. I ate a tiny brownie (cut one in half) and a 1x1inch square of cheesecake (yum!). I had 2 beers, but at least they were light, and beer always makes me want to eat LESS so I think it helped.
The only real slip-up was right at the end - I knew I was about to leave and panicked at the idea that I would no longer have all that food available and inhaled a small blueberry muffin.

It sounds so silly... but I'm sure a lot of you can understand what I mean.
I did go home and exercise later - about 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio! And I drank lots of water. And the scale was nice to me today (though that could be from the beer) so I'm feeling very positive and motivated.

Spicy - welcome! I'm always sort of grateful that I don't like hazelnut, I can imagine nutella would be very tempting.
Hotsplashes - hopefully you can use that as motivation to skip the ice cream next time!
