It can be an issue for me too but here are my thoughts:
* Try to stay with higher protein foods for dinner and watch you carb intake especially in the evening. It may help alot or not at all but you should know within a few days if it will help
* Stay well hydrated. I know getting up in the night to go to the restroom isn't good but I think staying well hydrated helps with hunger. Especially when I am tired or bored.
* Do you have a hobby, something you can do in the evenings? I knit intricate lace and find that when I am busy knitting I eat less.
