this may sound strange, but i overate/binged last night, my stomach was hurting a bit.
today, i wake up and my stomach muscles are sore, like i was doing a million ab exercises. do you think it's my abs literally being pushed out from the excess food all night, and now they are sore.
Yes! This has happenned to me! Usually it's the next morning when I wake up. At first I'm thinking, " Wow! Check that out! I must've really worked it!", then I remember:
1) I ate enough for a family of 6.
2) I did not work out, at all.
Sorry that I can't give you an answer as to why it happens, but just so you know, there's at least one other person who experiences it.
