I haven't had a binge since last weekend. My period started on Sunday, and I definitely think my cycles affect me. Now that I am older, and my cycles are so irregular, its hard to know thats the reason I am getting such bad cravings.
I am 47 today, and my goal for the next 6 weeks is no binges, to keep up or increase my level of exercise, and to break 180, to see my weight in the 170s for the first time in 2 years. here we go! fatmad |
I made it back to day 2! I am trying to manage to behave myself this evening until bedtime so I can get started on day 3, which if made would be a new record for me...which is actually kinda sad. I am hoping to make it the entire month without binging (even over Thanksgiving!) so here's hoping.
