I used to get this and still do sometimes. Ask yourself are you really hungry or do you just feel like you should be eating something. The two are very different.

When I first started eating normal portion sizes, especially, I felt like there should be "more". Not that I wanted more or was even hungry, but I felt like I should be eating for at least 30-45 mins for a meal. If I wasn't, then I felt like something was missing.

Protein and healthy fats will help you feel full for longer. Veggies will fill your tummy with bulk for not very many calories. If you can combine the two that might help the feeling of needing to eat.

Definitely the protein and less refined carbs, but I know for me, when I'm not particularly busy, I pretty much always feel like I could eat more!!!

If I wait a half hour or so after eating, most of the time I feel just fine. Maybe try waiting a little while, then if still literally hungry, grab a handful of nuts or whatever.

Best of luck! If we were all perfectly satisfied after every healthy meal, most of us wouldn't even need to be here!!!

I find its really weird eating not to be stuffed. So I have to work out before hand what I am eating so I know I have eaten right because the binger in me would always want more.
