Shrinkinglizzy - Glad to know someone is in the same boat
(Selfishly!) Costa Rica isn’t great right now, it is raining a lot. I am sitting here splattered in mud after a short bike ride. Last time I gave up smoking I smoked when I was drinking, I convinced myself I could just smoke when I drank. It was fine the first few times, but then I started drinking earlier and more frequently so that I could have cigarettes!
The weekend is nearly over and I didn’t have any alcohol; it was offered many times and I was around people who were smoking and drinking most of the weekend and it didn’t bother me too much.
