Portion control. I struggle with this myself on a daily, hourly...sometimes minute-ly basis. I like to eat in HUGE quantities, so as difficult as it is sometimes, I force myself to eat A LOT of really low calorie foods to fill me up and then have the "junk". For example, I keep tons of cut up veggies in the fridge and I know I can eat limitless amounts of this stuff until I'm stuffed silly sometimes. THen for the other stuff -- hot dog, chili or whatever I am just too full to overeat on it. Maybe I'm just weird, but as a binger, this has been the only thing that works for me....
