Thumbs up CIC June Exercise Thread

Come on in and post your exercise successes for the month of June!

Anyone is welcome. You can edit your original post or write a new one, and we're always here to help cheer you on.

I'm committing to... well, let's just say more than I did last month.

June 1st: 35 minutes on the treadmill including an 18 minute run. Plus some weights.
June 2nd:
June 3rd: 35 minutes on the treadmill including a 20 minute run. Plus some weights.
June 4th:
June 5th:
June 6th: 30 minutes on the treadmill including a 20 minute run plus some weights.
