Bikini, a half binge must mean you stopped before it got toooo out of control. That's awesome!

Midearth, I think the biggest way to let go of bingeing is to stop beating yourself up about it. I think that's what a lot of people are working on right now, and Bikini mentioned it too. If you fall off track and binge, look at the reason it happened, learn from it, and move right on. It doesn't mean you are less of a person, you just need to forgive and forget. Once you stop being hard on yourself, you'll find yourself bingeing less and less. This thread really helps me, I've been really motivated not to binge all week, and a week is a really long time for me not to binge!

Hi, I'm new. I have had a huge problem with this my entire life. I usually count calories until the evening as well and once every one goes to bed is where the attack comes on. I can sometimes control the urges but it has also been causing weight gain which is nasty. I've gained 25 pounds since my freshman year of college. I know I need to replace the habit of late night eating with something more satisfying. I want to join you ladies with a binge-free week. Ironically, I'm watching the movie Heayweights, haha. I'll post more this afternoon.

I didnt binge tonight! My roomate is eating popcorn right now which she offered to me and I turned down! I even had a little treat after dinner and stopped once satisfied. I'm not sure how quickly I will be able to lose weight but at this point I'm taking baby steps. Not bingeing and being happy about myself and my body as it is now is the first step.

I hope everyone was able to not binge tonight, report back either way.

Hi guys!

Well I didn't do so well myself this weekend. Friday started out with one of those "well not the best choice, but not a full on binge" then progressed into a poor choice dinner and snacks and beer....followed by a day long graze Saturday. So I plan to stick with it today but feel like I'm starting over. I'm not too mad about it though, Saturday involved a wedding and our bowling banquet/nice dinner out.

So I'll start the next week's thread but I did want to remind everyone, and I SWEAR I'm not picking on anyone specifically, I PROMISE, I'm NOT, but please try to remember that this particular thread should tread lightly and try not to get into details of the binge if you had one. I think others see it as "food porn" or has the potential to set someone else off onto a binge. Personally, that stuff doesn't even bother me~ I read the Cyber Purgers even when I'm on plan, but I think it might negatively affect others. I promise to try to be more careful too.

Have a lovely Sunday, I'll see you all on Binge Free week, April 22nd start LOL.

yay everyone for doing so awesome! I'm really happy as this is the longest I've gone without bingeing for a long time. I guess this is day 7 for me, which is pretty cool.

Good point Michelle, and awesome for getting right back on track after the weekend.
